I was inspired by this challenge to create a birthday card using 2 balloons and only 2 colors of ink (well, besides black. LOL)
To make my background, I used texture paste and a swirl stencil. After it dried thoroughly, I applied my 2 colors of ink on the background.
The balloon stamps are Hero Arts and I used black Versafine ink and clear embossed for some shine.
