Wreath card

Hello!

Hope everyone is having a good week....can you believe Christmas is 3 weeks from today?  That means this weekend I'm working on actually sending out the Christmas cards I've been making for the past 2 months!  All the cards you've seen on my blog will be mailed out to friends and family.

Here's a quick one I made tonight....using a wreath stamp from Purple Onion Designs.  I used a circle die to cut a circle in the front of the card, then stamped the wreath on the inside of the card so it shows when the card is closed.  :)

I used a Hero Arts background stamp and stamped it with versamark ink for a tone on tone look.

Here's a look at the inside of the card:

And here's a close up of the wreath, which I colored with distress inks and my waterbrush.  I used Mowed Lawn and Festive Berries.

That's all for tonight....have a good night!  :)

  2. Awwww... This card is just so sweet and I love the design element that you've used so that you can see the wreath after you open the card, too. Congrats on making the cut for the Crafty Gals design team. As your fellow teammie, I'm going to follow your blog so I can keep up-to-date on all your crafty goodness!
